Tax Tips from Leslie Reamer CPA

Leslie Reamer wants to remind everyone that there are a couple of changes in the tax laws that we should consider in preparing our 2006 returns:

You may be entitled to a refund for federal excise taxes paid for long distance or bundled telephone services for the past three years.

Also, noncash charitable donations must be valued by the charity, not by the taxpayer.
There are stricter IRS guidelines as to how much a donated item is worth.

Mosquitoes can be history with Tom Nickerson

Tom Nickerson Buzz OFF Mosquito showed the chapter how he helps his clients reclaim their backyards and outdoor living areas in this morning's ten minute presentation. Buzz OFF uses a totally natural misting system to kill mosquitoes and customizes a solution that protects your yard and reduces the number of biting insects.

He explained how the nozzles for the misting system are discretely placed under the eaves of the house, in landscaping and near lighting. The misting system is totally automated and the homeowner never has to take care of anything other than turning it on or off...as Buzz OFF comes regularly to refill the canisters and check the system.

Tom can be reached at 561-750-4100 or 954-587-4949
